Journey Diary: Luxembourg meets Israel |

International Female Business Leadership Conference, 09 – 12 nov. 2013

When Ms Amira DOTAN (Brig. General (res.), former Member of the Knesset, Senior Mediator& Senior Facilitator in Consensus Building Processes), Hanna Kotzer-Sapir (Police Brigadier General (ret.), Senior Mediator) and Hanna Pri-zan (Economist and former board member of several rated Israeli companies) came to Luxembourg as Israeli speakers in Female Leadership Conferences in March 2011, they met with the former Luxembourg minister of Equal Opportunity, Ms Hetto-Gaasch – and the idea was born to organize a common event in Israel between Luxembourg and Israeli Business Women to exchange further and to learn from each other.

It took two and a half years to put this project into life……..

But what a project….FemmesLeaders member Rita KNOTT and MCMC Luxembourg made it happen, by doing an extraordinary job….Here are the highlights of a trip with thirty Business Women of Luxembourg!!!

Visit to Haifa incl. visit to Bahá’ī World Center and the its gardens

Visit to Arab Jewish Center for Equality, Empowerment and Cooperation – Negev Institute for Strategies of Peace and development

Visit and discuss impressive female projects with Bedouin Women in Negev desert. Stephanie: “It is impressive, which strong power shines out of these Bedouin women’s faces.”
